DELIVERY & RETURNS
Orders are processed and shipped during the regular business days of Monday through Friday. In stock pieces will be shipped out the next business day after your order has been placed.
For made-to-order, please allow 2-4 week for the production period before shipping.
While we are confident that you will be very satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return/exchange on items within the first 7 days of delivery for a FULL refund. To initiate the return process, please email email@example.com and we will review your request within 24 hours. In all instances, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any returns. Please return your item with necessary components (i.e. jewelry pouches) with a tracking number and insurance. We will not be held responsible for lost packages.
