We accept all major credit cards including American Express, Visa, Discover and Mastercard. We do not accept personal checks, moneys orders, or direct deposit transfers. Note, your account will be charged as soon as you secure your order.
We collect sales tax for any orders shipping within the state of California. This sales tax will be added to the cost of your order during checkout. All other states and international countries are exempt from this tax.
Returns & Repairs
While we are confident that you will be very satisfied with your purchase, we will accept a return/exchange on items within the first 7 days of delivery for a FULL refund. To initiate the return process, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will review your request within 24 hours. A return authorization number will then be issued to you. Please write the number on the outside of the original packaging. In all instances, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs associated with any returns. Please return your item with necessary components (i.e. jewelry pouches) with a tracking number and insurance. We will not be held responsible for lost packages.
If an item is damaged during shipping, you may return it within the first 7 days of delivery. Please email us your order number and a picture of the damaged item to email@example.com. Once verified, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to be placed on the original packaging. No returns will not be accepted without a return authorization number. Please allow 10 days for your return to be processed once the item is received at our returns processing center.

Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be handled by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what the cost will be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for more information prior to placing an order.
If you would like a custom piece, submit inquiries here. Include a picture or as much detail as possible. We will respond in 24 hrs with an estimated quote. A 20% deposit is required when you approve your design. Custom orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchange. If damages happen within 30 days, we will fix it free of charge
